Who qualifies as a referral?

Any board, HOA, or property management company that isn’t already in an HOA Central sales cycle.

When will I receive my rewards?

Rewards are released within 45 days after your referral’s first paid month.

Can I make more than one referral?

Yes! Each successful referral unlocks a new set of rewards. Collect as many free months and gift cards as you can.

What counts as a premium add-on?

Any paid module not included in your current plan: Violations & Compliance, Architecture Requests, Portfolio Management, are some examples.

The Fine Print

Referred accounts must purchase an HOA Central subscription within 90 days of the referral date and remain in good standing for at least 30 days before rewards are applied. One-month-free credits equal the referring customer’s current monthly platform fee and are applied to the next invoice (or to renewal if on an annual plan). Gift cards are delivered electronically; equivalent value may vary by region. HOA Central reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Additional terms may apply.
